The following privacy policy has been updated as of May 15, 2018 for MazeRate AB.

1. Purpose
We protect your privacy. You will be able to feel confident when you entrust your personal information. Therefore, we have established this policy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. Data protection act that clarifies how we work to take advantage of your rights and privacy.   • Date of birth that you registered yourself and voluntarily provide it in the app and on the website.
  • Gender that you registered yourself and voluntarily provide it in the app and on the website.
  • Title that you registered yourself and voluntarily provide it in the app and on the website.
  • Username that you registered yourself and voluntarily provide it in the app and on the website.
  • Photographs that you registered yourself and voluntarily provide it in the app and on the website.
  • Debit card number, credit card number and other bank-related information that you registered yourself and voluntarily provide it in the app and on the website.
  • Information you registered yourself and voluntarily provide it in the app and on the website.


4. How do we access your personal information?
We will collect your consent before we begin processing your personal information. You agree to our processing by accepting our terms.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you also agree that we process your personal information.
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. We will no longer process your personal information or obtain new, provided that it is not necessary to fulfill our obligations under contract or law. Keep in mind that withdrawal of consent may mean that we can not fulfill the obligations we have in relation to you.

6. What information do we provide to you?
When you register for the first time, you will receive information that we are lending your personal information for 48 hours, as well as information about what we will use, what rights you have under the data protection act and how to use them. You will also be informed about who is responsible for the processing of personal data and how you can contact us if you have questions or need to make a request or inquiry relating to your personal information and / or rights.
To access your personal information stored with us, you must request this in writing by writing to the e-mail address or the mailing address shown below. You can usually access your personal information to correct, modify or delete the information that is incorrect except in the following cases:

We will strive to provide access to the requested personal information within 30 days of receiving our request. If we can not accommodate your request, we will provide a written explanation as to why we had to refuse access to the information.

7. Is your personal information processed in a safe way?
We develop routines and practices to ensure that your personal information is handled safely. The starting point is that only employees and other persons within the organization who need personal information to perform their duties should have access to them. In the case of sensitive personal information, we have set up special access controls, which means a greater protection of your personal information. Our security systems are designed with your privacy in mind and protects very much against intrusion, degradation and other changes that may pose a risk to your privacy. We do not transfer personal information in cases other than those expressly stated in this policy.

All complaints will be investigated, and we will try to accommodate those we consider to be justified. If necessary, we will change our policies and processes to ensure that other individuals do not have to experience the same problem.
